McDonalds

Outdoor posters were turned into large interactive push puzzles that consumers could solve in order to “sort your head”. This was done to promote McDonald’s Large Coffee for only 1 Euro.

Abracadabra bookmark

The Abracadabra bookmark was designed by Japanese Designers Jung-Hyun Lee, Won-Sik Chae and Rhea Jeong aims to make finding where you left off and opening to that page easier. I didn’t know it was an issue but now I hate my ordinary paper bookmark. The ABRACADABRA contains an air-filled chamber, half of which is flattened by the weight of a book. Squeezing the exposed side inflates the concealed side lift the page just enough for your finger to slip in.

Rachel Ann Lindsay

Rachel Ann Lindsay is my favourite illustrator. She is canadian and her work has been used in many publications/ campaigns/ adverts and branding initiatives across the world, ranging from Marie Claire to Honda. Here work is beautiful and covers a broad range of topics. I find her way of image making innovative as I have never seen anything like it before. It simplicity is what catches the eye.

Bleeding Fashion

Fashionistas love exclusivity and new label The Red Rail guarantees just that by making its collections available only to blood donors. The initiative aims to entice a new generation to give blood following recent warnings from Danish researchers of a potential shortage. Since the number of items made by the collective of 18 up-and-coming designers is strictly limited, a lottery will be used to pick 20 winners.

Pantibar

I really love these posters for 'Pantibar', an irish based establishment. Unfortunately i havent been about to find out who the illustrator is but i just love them.

Save our Swarm

Plan BEE used 100,000 bees to create this SOS (Save Our Swarm) "bee"-llboard drawing attention to the worldwide problem of honey bee population decline. For some unknown reason, honey bees have been disappearing at an alarming rate in the past few decades. Beekeepers have noticed that more than half of their colonies have died. Honey bees aren’t even found in the wild any longer.

Lightbulb flatpack

This is not a wallet bank card or any other card, but is a pocket Lighting, conceptually designed by designer Hyun Jin Yoon & Eun Hak Lee. The light-bulb shaped powered by a small cell and turns on by just a simple flip of the switch.
